These include (non-exhaustive list) St. John’s Wort, Gingko biloba, primrose oil, garlic, ginseng, multivitamins, flax oil, chia seeds, cod liver oil, vitamin A, vitamin E or any other essential fatty acids for one weeks before your treatment. Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Avoid vigorous exercise, sun, sauna, steam room, and heat exposure for at least 24-48 hours after treatment. Makeup can be applied after 12 hours. Avoid touching your face for 6 hours. Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours after your treatment. Do not massage or manipulate the treated area. Stay hydrated. Sleep on a fresh clean pillowcase that evening to minimise the risk of infection.
