Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering cosmetic and medical skin procedures with Lucy Aesthetics.

 

CONSULTATION FEE

 

Medical consultations are £30, this fee is non-refundable. This includes a comprehensive medical assessment and facial analysis to determine the best treatment plan for you.

 

The consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of your treatment if you decide to proceed, granted that the treatment is scheduled within 12 weeks of the consultation.

 

Please provide all medical history asked during the consultation. Lucy Aesthetics will not be liable for damages incurred as a result of withheld information or failure to follow aftercare. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you are unsuitable for treatment.

 

PRICING

 

Lucy Aesthetics reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Treatment prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual’s requirements.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

We accept cash and the following cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay. We do not accept cheques. Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of your treatment. We do not offer payment plans.

 

PERSONAL DETAILS

 

You agree that Lucy Aesthetics can use your personal details for the purposes of providing you with medical services as well as providing pre and post treatment advice.

 

We may also use your contact details to provide you with occasional information about other services we provide or may provide in the future. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us. If you do not tell us, we will assume you are happy to receive this information.

 

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT

 

Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years, unless the treatment is cryotherapy with parental consent. Premium food intolerance testing can be performed on ages 2 years and over.  

 

REFUND POLICY

 

If you are unable to complete a course of treatment due to medical reasons, you will need to provide a letter from your doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a partial refund. We would not consider any refunds at all after 6 months from the purchase date. Courses are non-transferable to a third party.

 

Lucy Aesthetics does not give refunds for any products purchased or discounted packages. 

 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

 

We do understand if patients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give me as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. Lucy Aesthetics reserves the right to charge for rescheduling within a 48 hour period, non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is as follows:

 

For all appointments Lucy Aesthetics operates a 48 hour cancellation policy with a fee of £30. This includes non-attendance and rescheduling within a 48 hour period.

 

For patients on a course of treatment who arrive late or fail to attend an appointment more than once or cancel outside of the cancellation policy time Lucy Aesthetics reserve the right to deduct a course session from the patient. Courses must be used within the purchased time frame.

 

VOUCHERS 

 

Vouchers purchased are valid for 12 months. Vouchers are non-transferable to a third party and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We are committed to providing a professional service to all of our patients. We do, however, have a complaints procedure in place should you feel unhappy with the treatment or service provided.
