These terms and conditions provide detailed information for patients considering medical and cosmetic treatments with Lucy Aesthetics

 

CONSULTATION FEES

 

Medical Practitioner/Nurse Prescriber £30

 

For all consultation only appointments booked, a non-refundable booking fee will be required. The fee is deducted from the treatment should you wish to proceed. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Patients must contact the clinic with 48hrs notice to reschedule their appointment. If we are closed when trying to call us, please leave a voicemail.  Voicemails are timestamped and will therefore be honoured if the 48hrs notice is given. 

 

Booking fees are non-refundable or non-transferrable to a third party.

 

A direct cancellation of your appointment is non-refundable.

 

You may reschedule an appointment once if you provide 48 hours notice or more.

 

Any no shows will be required to pay the full amount of the treatment.

 

Any pre-paid courses/treatments, the above terms still apply but you would have your booked treatment removed to compensate for time and resources allocated for this appointment.

 

Vouchers & courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

Upon opting for our services, it is imperative to adhere to our cancellation policy. Your cooperation is greatly valued, and we eagerly anticipate your visit.

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

At Lucy Aesthetics, we are commitment to delivering exemplary service to our esteemed patients. Nevertheless, we have established a formal complaints procedure to address any concerns regarding the outcomes of treatments or services rendered.
